Sachin Khatri is the Founder and CEO of Sgital, a ServiceNow and Anthropic partner headquartered in Singapore that he founded in 2017 to help enterprises across APAC put AI to work across their workflows.
Over 21 years of consulting experience — including senior roles at Accenture, KPMG, PwC and TCS — Sachin has led enterprise ServiceNow transformations across financial services, manufacturing, media, aviation, energy and public sector. Under his leadership, Sgital has grown into a Premier ServiceNow Partner, Authorized Training Partner and member of the ServiceNow Partner Advisory Council, delivering 2,000+ AI workflows for 40+ enterprise customers across six countries.
Sachin is a frequent contributor to the ServiceNow ecosystem — speaking at ServiceNow World Forums and Knowledge events on GoAI 2.0, AI Control Tower and enterprise agentic AI. He holds the Claude Certified Associate — Foundations certification. He is based in Singapore, with delivery hubs in Bengaluru and Jodhpur, and a growing customer footprint across APAC, ANZ, India and the UK.

Bob Hayward is a Strategic Advisor to Sgital, bringing more than 40 years of experience across the technology, research, consulting and investment sectors in Asia-Pacific.
Bob was Gartner's first employee in Asia-Pacific and went on to hold senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President and Research Fellow, advising technology companies, investors and enterprise leaders across the region. More recently, he spent six years with Deloitte in Asia-Pacific Corporate Development, focused on identifying, assessing and originating strategic acquisition opportunities across technology and professional services.
Through his advisory firm, Hay Digital, Bob now works with technology businesses, founders and investors on growth strategy, market expansion, capital raising, partnerships and M&A. At Sgital, he provides strategic advice as the company expands its enterprise AI, ServiceNow and digital transformation capabilities across Australia, Asia-Pacific and international markets.
