Using ServiceNow Now® platform, created forms, auto task generation and approval workflows for HR & Admin Desk: Laptop Request, Software and part replacement, Catering and refreshment, Name card, Purchase, Travel additional request, Travel accommodation & Staff Advance, Facility Maintenance, Agreement/Contract Stamping Request, Access card, e-claim, Password reset, Personal update, Premise access card, Pre-onboarding, Onboarding, Letter, Manpower requisition request. The digital workflows automate the approval process based on complex approval rules and matrix.

Accomplishments

Forms, digital workflows, notifications, and all related components were developed to support daily tasks. Tickets are now managed more efficiently through built-in data validation and automation rules.
